How allulose different from other sweeteners?
There are various types of sugar that include monosaccharides, disaccharides and oligosaccharides. Monosaccharides are the simplest sugar and include glucose, fructose and galactose. While the normal table sugar is made up of glucose and fructose. And when two monosaccharides are joined, it's called disaccharide.

It is a great alternative for people who have diabetes or are trying to lose weight. Replacing table sugar with allulose can cut back on your total calorie count significantly. Moreover, allulose does not lead to any dental decay, which is another major concern for parents.
