When it comes to manual or chemical exfoliants, people often overuse them or use them too vigorously on their skin. You must apply gentle pressure on your skin, to remove dead skin cells. One must also use exfoliators in a circular motion on their skin. Using a scrub once or twice a week does the job. You must refrain from using harsh scrubs on your face, especially those with apricot or other shell extracts.
