Do not ignore these signs of pain

Pain is the sensation by which your body is communicating to you that something you did or are doing has is making your body uncomfortable. Although pain can be a result of a light blow, injury, or a condition like a light fever and even overexertion, you should not underestimate it. Additionally, ignoring pain signals that your body experiences suddenly without any known reason should be completely avoided for continuing activity can worsen the situation further. It is therefore always best to stay aware of the ques your body is trying to communicate to you to keep away from uncomfortable and potentially disabling complications. Here a few types of pains you should never ignore.

A quick and sudden headache:If you are suddenly experiencing unbearable pain in your head do not ignore it for it can be a brain aneurysm, which is a bulge in the wall of an artery. If left untreated it could even burst leading to a potentially fatal stroke or massive brain bleed.

Dull pain in your middle back:If you experience dull pain in your middle back and progresses to simply become worse. It accompanies fever and nausea then there is a possibility you have a kidney infection. Seek medical help immediately without giving a second thought. The infection can permanently damage your kidneys, blood poisoning or a complete kidney failure.

Sudden pain in your hand, wrist and forearm
:If you are experiencing sudden pain and numbness in your fingers (specifically index finger, thumb, and middle finger), palm and wrist that is spreading to your forearm, it is a possibility you have a carpal tunnel syndrome. If left untreated, the hand muscles may shrink, and you may even lose function of your hands.

Constant pins and needles in your feet:If you find your feet going numb, burning or tingly, it could be that you are experiencing nerve damage caused by diabetes. It is a possibility that you may even lose all sensation in your foot. Get a blood glucose test done. If the damage is more your affected leg may require amputation.
