Easy common cold cure

1)  Mix raw honey 1 tsp with cinnamon pdr.  1/4 tsp. It will help to knock out a cold within a day or two. Both these ingredients are antiviral and antibacterial. They'll also help with bladder / kidney infections, reducing sugar levels, blood pressure and can even be a pain reliever for arthritis.

2) In 300- 350 ml water or 2 big glasses of water, to it add 1" finely chopped/ crushed ginger, 2 black peppercorns crushed, 15-20 tulsi leaves. Heat it, simmer for about 5-7 minutes, strain it, divide approximately into 3 parts, drink 1 part as warm as possible, adding a tsp of honey for kids. Heat the 2nd part in the afternoon and drink and 3rd part at night. Within a day, you'll feel a lot better, head will feel lighter. To get more relief, you can drink this water for 3 days. With the residue after straining, you can add more water and make normal, flavourful tea and enjoy !
This is what I drink and my students and others who tried it said they get good relief within a day.
