This is how you can make this natural cleanser. First, take 1 tbsp of
powder rice and mix it with 2 tbsp of milk. Now, apply the paste on your
face and neck. Massage for a minute and rinse off with water. Milk has
lactic acid and vitamins, which help to remove grime from the skin. On
the contrary, rice flour has anti-inflammatory properties. When these
two are combined, you get an anti-ageing cleanser. Isn’t that amazing?

Once you apply well all over your face, apply over your neck. This will make your face soft, also helps to get rid of facial hair with regular use.
