Simple remedy for knee pain
Many suffer from knee pain, especially as they grow old, as our bones are weak, some of us gain weight, which adds more burden to the knee joint, as it is responsible to carry our weight. Isn't it an irony, as we grow old, some of us aren't able to do exercises due to various factors and that is the time, when we also gain weight, even if we eat less.
Most of us must have tried going from physicians to orthopaedic surgeons, radiologists, blood tests and so on and ultimately, the surgeon says, you need a surgery. The very word surgery scares many. So, people are given pain killers, which do have adverse effect on our bodies, and ultimately consuming them over years only causes damage to our kidneys too.
So, here comes my simple remedy, which was greatly recommended by a man who suffered for ages with pain and after one night of swallowing those humble garlic pearls at night, was amazed to note that his pain was history now.
REMEDY 1
4 garlic pearls, finely chopped DO NOT CRUSH, just before going to bed, swallow the chopped garlic with some water. Wait for the miracle next morning.
REMEDY 2
My husband and self, daily consume roughly 1/2 teaspoon each of turmeric powder, fenugreek powder and dry ginger powder, mix them with little water and gulp down in the morning before your cup of tea/ coffee. Make this a ritual, all these are anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, which helps to relieve the inflammation in the knee. Turmeric also has anti-cancer, antibiotic properties and many more.
Both these are inexpensive and with no side-effects at all. Good luck to all.
