MASSAGING FEET AT NIGHT IS BENEFICIAL

People have always been saying it is good to be on your feet, right? Well, it is because, our nerve endings for various organs can be found in our feet. So, when we walk, those various pressure points get pressed, which takes care of various organs. At times, one or few points may get blocked, by massaging, we're able to release those blockages, which help the energy flow between various organs properly. It not only cures various diseases by massaging our feet, it also helps us to relax and have a sound sleep.
