BENEFITS OF DRINKING WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH

When we drink water, it goes down our food pipe to the stomach and cleanses the food debris that is along the walls. This helps in a big way by removing the debris and toxins and is one of the most effective cleansing mechanisms.Drink water in room temperature.

Here are some other aspects of drinking water empty stomach that you might want to consider:

  1. Drink about 600 ml. water on an empty stomach in the morning, even before brushing

  4. Do not eat anything  for next 2 hours
