NATURAL REMEDIES TO STOP SNORING !
Snoring is one of the most common & unpleasant problems many people face, and while generally not dangerous, it can lead to sleep deprivation for the snorer and their partner.

1) Natural nasal spray- the most effective way to prevent snoring is to keep your airways clear. This spray is a great substitute from the one you buy at the store and it contains only natural ingredients.
Preparation to use-
mix 1/4 tsp of salt in boiled water and allow to cool.
add to a clean drip bottle
