What you need:
- Apple cider vinegar
- Baking soda
- Water
- Squeeze bottle
What to do:
Hair wash:
- Mix 4-5 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 cup of water and pour into a squeeze bottle.
- Wet your hair, then pour the mixture on it. Make sure to get it on all of your hair.
- Let it sit for about a minute, then rinse thoroughly.
Conditioning:
- Make a mixture of 1:4 ACV and water.
- Squeeze any excess water from your hair.
- Cover your hair with the mixture and rub it in as you would with regular conditioner.
- Thoroughly rinse your hair.
