USFDA approves DRL's Azacitidine for injection
Dr Reddy's Laboratories today announced that the US Food and Drug Administration has approved Azacitidine for injection 100 mg/vial, a bioequivalent generic version of Vidaza (azacitidine for injection).
Azacitidine is used to treat certain types of bone marrow cancers and blood cell disorders.
The launch of product in the market is planned in the near-term.
Azacitidine for injection 100 mg/vial is available in single use-vials, it said.
