FOODS DISSOLVING BLOOD CLOTS

Pineapple contains the enzyme, Bromelain, which acts to eliminate Fibrin, the protein that causes blood clots.

Natto, a Japanese dish made from fermented soybeans, contains the enzyme Nattokinase, which not only dissolves blood clots, but also prevents new ones from forming.
