Erase anxiety with belly breathing

To do: Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose for a count of seven, allowing your belly to relax and expand as you do. Hold for a count of four, then slowly exhale through your mouth for another count of seven. Repeat until you feel zen. According to researchers, belly breathing tamps down stress hormone production, cutting anxiety by 63 percent in one minute.
