SIMPLE, EASY HOME REMEDY FOR STOMACH PAIN

YESTERDAY, WHEN I HAD A BAD STOMACH AND I WAS HOLDING  MY STOMACH DUE TO SEVERE PAIN, MY MAID TOLD ME A SIMPLE REMEDY FOR IT.

SHE SAID, TAKE ABOUT  A TABLESPOON OF COCONUT OIL, KEEP RUBBING ON YOUR STOMACH WELL, IN CIRCLES. THEN JUST LIE DOWN FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES. SHE SAID THE PAIN WILL GO AWAY, BELIEVE ME IT DID !

RECENTLY, I FOUND THAT RUBBING MY STOMACH IN CIRCULAR MOVEMENTS AT NIGHT BEFORE GOING TO BED, STARTING FROM AROUND THE NAVEL, MAKE BIGGER CIRCULAR MOVEMENTS FOR AT LEAST 2 MINUTES. REPEAT THE SAME ON EMPTY STOMACH, THIS HAS BEEN HELPING ME TO GET ALL THE GARBAGE OUT OF MY STOMACH EASILY IN THE MORNING ! ALSO, I FEEL, THE STOMACH HAS VERY SLIGHTLY GONE IN, AS IT IS ONLY ABOUT 10 DAYS THAT I'VE BEEN DOING IT. AS IT DOES NO HARM, IT IS WORTH TRYING, ESPECIALLY, AS IT HELPS  YOU TO PASS MOTIONS EASILY IN THE MORNING AND MAKES YOU FEEL LIGHT !
