Hold a cold bottle to exercise for longer

For those who are over weight, over heating can be a mjor hurdle to exercise regularly. For some, the extra fat prevents the body from dissipating heat, causing a steep tise in core temperature that leads to quicker exhaustion. Now researchers have shown that the simple act of carrying a cold thermos can help lower the rate at which the core temperature rises, delay, fatigue, improve performance & cause less perceived effort, for the overweight.
