Goodness of Peanut Butter
Unfortunately peanut butter has a bad reputation of being fattening.
But the good news is though it is high in fat, eating a spoon or two satisfies one's need & one should n't eat too much of it, as teaspoonful is 90 calories. It provides protein, folate, Vitamin B, which is important for the healthy development of new cells.
