To recover from fever


To recover from fever
The most important aspects are fluid replenishment & liver strengthening. So, it’s essential to have foods rich in Vitamin C & electrolytes.
Coconut water provides electrolytes & natural sugar.
Lime juice ( nimbu paani) one must have it with brown sugar & rock salt.
Sweet lime- fresh juice.
Barley water, should be used with rice & moong dal to make kichdi.

Avoid dairy products- non-vegetarian foods, processed foods & dry foods like corn, besan, lotus seeds should not be had.
