nausea, headache and dizziness.
You can use peppermint, ginger, lemon and lavender essential oil in a diffuser to get instant relief.
Honey and apple cider vinegar
Both honey and apple cider vinegar is known to increase the blood flow in the brain. Consume two parts honey with one part apple cider vinegar to treat the symptoms of vertigo.
