They increase satiety and prevent you from indulging into unhealthy foods. There is a lot of evidence that proves that eating chia seeds can be beneficial when trying to shed kilo, but when it comes to basil seeds that are limited studies. You can include both in your diet for better results. However, remember that weight loss is a byproduct of eating healthy and exercising. Only having these seeds will not help you much.
