Herbal tea for cold and cough
Boil 2 cups of water, add a ¼ tsp of fresh turmeric chopped or add turmeric pdr.
Add ginger 1” chopped, lower flame, it should reduce to 1 ½ glasses.
Add cinnamon pdr ¼ tsp, black pepper ¼ tsp, boil for 2 more minutes, off gas, strain.
Add 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp lime juice ( should not be given to children below 5 years).
This can be had before going to bed to get good relief too.
