Crisp Apple Smoothie Bedtime Shrink Drink


Lose Weight While You Sleep Drink

(The Sleep Doctor Crisp Apple Smoothie Recipe)
Ingredients 
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup of water
  • One apple, cored, seeded and quartered
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and quartered
  • One  banana, sliced,
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and sliced
Directions
add ingredients to blender and mix and serve. Take prior to going to bed and let it work its magic while you sleep!
