Easy way to remove splint
The secret to removing a Splinter with Baking Soda is to make a paste using water and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda – the paste should be thick and not watery.
Apply
the paste to the affected area and cover securely with a Band-Aid. You
can remove the Band-Aid after 24 hours. The splinter may have come out
onto the band-aid or it may be sticking out of the skin.
