A QUICK HOME REMEDIES FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

1.Cardamom- coriander + peach juice

A teaspoon coriander and one pinch of cardamom to one cup of freshly squeezed peach juice can help bring down high blood pressure.

2.Cucumber

Consuming some cucumber raita can help too, Cucumber is a good diuretic, which helps reducing hypertension.

3.Honey

Add a teaspoon of honey and 5 to 10 drops of apple cider vinegar to a cup of hot water and consume it early morning. It helps reduce and regulate blood pressure.


4.Herbal concoction of herb 'Punarnava'
 Boerhavia diffusa is a species of flowering plant in the four o'clock family which is commonly known as punarnava (meaning that which rejuvenates or renews the body in Ayurveda), red spiderling, spreading hogweed, or tarvine.

A mixture of Punarnava (1 part), passion flower(1 part) and hawthorn berry(2 parts) can also go a long way in controlling hypertension. Steep half a teaspoon of the mixture in a cup of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes and drink the tea after lunch and dinner.

5.Ashwagandha
Withania somnifera, known commonly as ashwagandha, Indian ginseng,padalsingh (rajasthan), poison gooseberry, or winter cherry, is a plant in the Solanaceae or nightshade family. Several other species in the genus Withania are morphologically similar. It is used as a herb in Ayurvedic medicine.

Ashwagandha in conjunction with other herbs like Gotu Kola may also prove to be an effective formula to control hypertension.
Centella asiatica, commonly known as centella, Asiatic pennywort or Indian pennywort or Gotu kola, is a herbaceous, frost-tender perennial plant in the flowering plant family Apiaceae, subfamily Mackinlayoideae. It is native to wetlands in Asia. It is used as a culinary vegetable and as medicinal herb.

6. Pomegranate juice-Pomegranate juice lowers high blood pressure and drinking it every-day keeps the body healthy and makes the heart fitter.
