HEALTH BENEFITS OF RADISH

Radish is good for the liver and a good detoxifier. Many people eat raw radish when they're down with jaundice, as they know it acts better than any other medicine among rural people.

Radish juice helps to relieve burning sensation while urinating.

It also helps to relieve the congestion of the respiratory system.

Its roughage content eases constipation and is good for piles.
