How To Get Rid of Bad Smells/ Fumes

Smelly Feet

if the 25,000 sweat glands in your feet overdo their job or if your wear damp socks or shoes for too long, your feet can get smelly.

Solution-  Apply a diluted solution of lemon grass oil or verbena oil to your feet after washing & drying them.

Arm Pits Smelly

anxiety, hormones & armpit hair can turn your sweat sour. Or you may have wildly over active sweat glands, which is hyperhidrosis.

Solution-Most people need deodorants, not antiperspirants. But if you really suffer, try a boric acid or tannic acid solution. If this doesn't help, then put on 20% aluminium chloride at night & wash it off in the morning. Or try antibiotic cream to kill multiplying bacteria. Beta blockers ( medicine for high blood pressure) relieves chronic, stress related sweating.

Guts
What one eats fuels bad breath & flatulence. Food odours- onions, garlic, curry- pass into one's bloodstream & the aromas are exhaled from one's lungs ! The intestines pump out methane when one can't cope with carbs or don't have good bacteria in your guts.

Solution- Sweeten your breath by flossing, brushing your teeth & tongue & drinking plenty of water. Gas? try probiotics ( spore forms).
