Little black & white bird

This little black & white bird, which I christened as penguin bird, because of its colour, had bullied the sparrows & occupied the bird cage which we had made for them since last 2 years. It comes in the beginning of spring, makes its nest, then stays there till July- August to return next year. For its size, it has loud noise.
