Triphala, a blend of 3 potent herbs- Amla, Haritaki and Bibhitaki—is a powerful Ayurvedic remedy for eye health. It is rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C, which help reduce eye strain and improve vision.

How to use

Soak a teaspoon if Triphala powder in a glass of water overnight.

Strain the water in the morning and use it to wash your eyes.

Drinking Triphala water regularly can also detoxify the body and promote better eye health.

 

Aloe vera and honey pack

Aloe vera is known for its soothing and cooling properties, while honey is a natural healer. Together, they work wonders in reducing eye irritation and dryness, which are due to excessive screen time.

How to use

Extract fresh aloe vera gel and mix it with a few drops of organic honey.

Apply the mixture around your eye ( not inside them) and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
