Food items that go wrong with curd

Curd is prepared by a fermentation process in every household of India especially during summers.It is soothing and refreshing in nature.It contains vitamins, minerals and effective for digestion process.It helps in boosting immunity and is very helpful for losing weight. It also has a lot of nutrients but it can result into some damaging effects if consumed with wrong food options.

Curd can be feasted on as lassi which is prepared with sugar,buttermilk which is prepared with salt and some spices or raita which is made with boondi.

1. Milk

It is shocking to know that curd which is itself made with milk can have such strong drawback for our body if combined together it can lead to bloating in stomach or can also show its effects as acidic imbalance in our body or diarrhea. As both the products are animal sources of protein they are not meant to be combined.

2. Mango

Curd is considered cold in nature and on the other hand mango is hot in nature,it often had as a dessert in many parts of the world but it has some serious outcomes for our skin as breakouts and can be a big factor for improper digestion or even digestive disorders.

3. Fish

Fish is an animal-based protein whereas curd is veg protein and together they are a trouble and the outcome of these both can be stomach-related problems and skin breakouts.

4. Onion

Onion is a part of most of our food options and is hot in nature which becomes a setback to be consumed with curd which has cooling properties. These both should never be mixed together as they lead to various skin problems like rashes,pimples and psoriasis.
