Lemon Ginger Blast Juice

This Lemon Ginger Blast Juice is anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti mucus, anti-bacterial, anti-fat and increases circulation. It also stimulates your digestive system and wipes out inflammation.

This is a high antioxidant drink. When you can neutralize free radicals from damaging your cells, which is what this Lemon Ginger Blast Juice recipe does, you are talking anti-aging according to Lou. He averages 1-2 quarts a day and it’s hard to believe that he is 63.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Celery
  • 3 inches Fresh Ginger
  • 3 inches Fresh Turmeric (when available)
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint
  • One Peeled Lemon
  • 1 bunch Parsley (regular or Italian)
  • One bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Cucumber (large)
  • 2 Apples
  • 1/2-1 Habanero or Jalapeno (full pepper for more advanced)
  • 2 bunches Spinach
  • 3 cups Water
Blend all well.
Be sure that you Drink one glass every morning. The final juiced amount should be cut with 1/3 water!
