This Easy Exercise Will Stop Vertigo in Its Tracks!

If you regularly suffer from chronic vertigo or dizziness, then you will know that treating this condition is far from easy. In severe cases, the doctor might prescribe you some medication, but that can cause a whole host of problems. So, if you want to try something new, stick with us. We're about to share with you a special treatment that is FREE and safe enough to practice on your own at home.

However, before we show you the technique, let's give some background information about this illness. Vertigo isn't just dizziness, it's a debilitating condition that can lead to life-threatening consequences, like higher risks of falls and car accidents.
One long-time sufferer, who was interviewed by CBS Denver, gives us great insight into what living with vertigo is like. "Everything about you will move, it will spin," explains Sue Rickers. "I couldn't drive, I couldn't walk, I had to hold onto the wall - and it was very, very scary."

Luckily, she stumbled upon a YouTube video by otolaryngologist Dr. Carol Foster in which she uses a special method to stop vertigo as soon as the patient starts experiencing its first signs. In the video, the University of Colorado Denver doctor explains that vertigo and dizziness come about as a result of a complex inner-ear issue where a build-up of particles start shifting upon movement, which makes the person feel an intense spinning sensation.

Knowing this, Dr. Foster did some experiments and realized that by using a twisting and turning motion, she was able to release the built-up particles, thus alleviating the symptoms of dizziness. she then developed this great exercise for her patients that is so simple that anyone can do it from the comfort of their own home.

To try this method for yourself:

1. Get down on your knees so that you're sitting on the backs of your heels.

2. Tilt your head back with your eyes looking skyward - don't worry if your dizziness increases momentarily.

3. While staying on your knees, put your hands on the floor in front of you and let your head hang loose, with your chin slightly tucked in.

4. Turn your head to your left or right elbow (depending on what ear you wish to treat).

Note: If you're experiencing chronic dizziness, the FIRST thing you must do is see a doctor. Your condition might be a warning sign of something more dangerous. However, if your doctor does give you a proper diagnosis along with the go-ahead to perform this remedy, then be sure to try it out for yourself. We hope it helps!
