5 reasons people yawn during their workout session

It is understandable to yawn when you are tired or dealing with midday slump, but doing it when performing some intense exercises, when all your senses are actively engaged is perplexing. Here in this article, we have tried to resolve this greatest mystery and understand the reasons behind it.

Just make sure that you are well-rested and not tired. If you have an injury or feeling weak then avoid exercising for a couple of days.
