Apple cider vinegar is the magical ingredient you need to get back in shape

Weight loss has become a burning issue and every day we see people around us take up some random diet plan in-order to lose weight. With everyone talking so much about ACV, let’s find out if it really helps in weight loss 

Given the mad routine and lifestyle that we follow, our health has definitely gone for a toss. Off late, we are so sure that all of us must have heard about young adults succumbing to frightening and horrifying diseases. Apple cider vinegar has been talked about a lot off late, although it has been around for some time. According to researchers ACV has a lot of health benefits which includes lowering sugar levels which is great for anyone who is dealing with diabetes. But can adding this magical ingredient to your diet plan help you in weight loss?

ACV is made through a two step process wherein firstly, apples are cut and crushed to turn their sugar into alcohol. Then bacteria is added to it in order to ferment the alcohol into acetic acid. The acetic acid present in ACV helps in weight loss. 

As we’ve already mentioned, it helps in reducing blood sugar levels as it helps the liver and muscles to take up the sugar from the blood. Not just that, it also increases your metabolism by boosting fat burning and decreasing the fat and sugar production. Other ways that it helps in weight loss is by reducing the fat storage, burning of the fat and also in suppressing the appetite. 

A few ways in which you can add ACV to your diet plan is by using olive oil as a dressing to your green vegetables, you can mix it in water and consume it or you can help in pickling vegetables. 

While it is been positively tested, it might not just suit everyone and their varying body types, hence we suggest for you to test it first before making it a habit.
