raw finger thin slices 4-6
filtered water 1 1/2- 2 cups
lemon juice little
honey 1-2 tbsp
Method
1) wash and peel the ginger, then slice thin.
2) boil water, once it boils, add singer slices and simmer for 10 minutes
3) strain the water and pour in a cup
4) mix honey and sip warm.
