To Get Rid Of Cold, Have Tea With Black Pepper

 Make some tea and add 2 or 3 grains of ground black pepper, a piece of ginger and basil leaves. I used to drink this, when I've cold 3 times a day, it gives relief in 2 days, tried and tested remedy. I make this with nearly 2 cups of water, adding the above ingredients, then strain, have 1/3 of it at once, drink it as warm as possible, then next 1/3rd in the afternoon, then at night, you may add little sugar/ honey, but I drink it plain, after straining it. Then with the residue, use it for making normal tea, it will be nice aromatic !
